MotionKit

Terms of use

These terms are the agreement between you and MotionKit ("we", "us") when you use MotionKit at motionkitai.com. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. What MotionKit does

MotionKit designs motion graphic videos from a description or a web page you give it. The scripts, layouts and illustrations are produced by artificial intelligence. They can contain mistakes, so check every video before you publish it.

2. Your account

You need to be 18 or over. You sign in with a link sent to your email address, so keep access to that inbox secure. You are responsible for what is done through your account. One free trial is allowed per person.

3. Plans, payment and cancelling

Refunds are covered in our refund policy.

4. Your content and your videos

5. What you must not do

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

6. Reading web pages you link to

When you paste a link, we fetch that public page and use its text to design your video. Only link to pages you are entitled to use. We do not check whether the information on a page is accurate.

7. Availability

We aim to keep MotionKit running, but it depends on other providers and may be interrupted. Exporting happens in your browser and needs a recent version of Chrome, Edge or Safari. We may change or remove features, and will give reasonable notice of changes that reduce what a paid plan includes.

8. Our responsibility to you

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that we could not reasonably have foreseen, for lost profits or business, or for how you use a video, including advertising spend, rejected adverts or account action taken by a platform. Our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to what you paid us in that time. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or removes your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Ending the agreement

You can stop using MotionKit and delete your account at any time by emailing us. We may end the agreement if you break these terms or if we stop offering the service, in which case we will refund any full months you have paid for but not received.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts deal with any dispute. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring a claim in your home courts.
